Merry Christmas! Have some Soap.
Yesterday we (Alli and Rob) made Meat Soap’s first batch of glycerine-based soap containing rendered bacon fat. The dark spot in the photo is a lovely slice of cooked bacon that we embedded in each of the bars.
We still need to find out if the glycerine acts as a preservative or if there’s a possibility this soap will go bad. Daniel is conducting early product testing since he received the first two bars as an early Christmas present.
